Three phase flameproof permanent magnet synchronous motor
1、 Product Overview
Three phase flame-proof permanent magnet synchronous motor is a flame-proof permanent magnet synchronous motor newly developed and designed by our company on the basis of permanent magnet synchronous motor. It is not only efficient and energy-saving, but also simple in structure and reliable in operation. It can completely replace YB2, YB3 and other flame-proof asynchronous motors. The explosion-proof mark is Exd II BT4Gb, which can be used in flammable and explosive occasions such as petroleum, chemical industry, grain and oil, paper making, medicine, textile, etc.
This product has obtained the explosion-proof certificate issued by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Explosion proof Electrical Products and the production license issued by the National Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.
2、 Performance characteristics
a. High efficiency, with rated efficiency reaching the national level 1 energy efficiency standard;
b. High power factor, no reactive compensation required;
c. Good synchronization, no slip, no speed loss, and constant speed;
d. Low noise, low vibration, more stable and reliable operation;
e. Low temperature rise, about 5-6K lower than that of asynchronous flameproof motor;
f. It can save energy and electricity, and the comprehensive power saving rate can reach 8-15%, depending on the load;
g. Excellent control performance, fast dynamic response and accurate speed control.

Altitude: no more than 1000m
Rated voltage: 380V, 660V, other voltages are optional
Rated frequency: 50Hz, 60Hz, other frequencies are optional
Working system: continuous working system (S1)
Protection grade: IP55
Insulation class: F
Cooling mode: IC411/IC416
Connection method: Y
